July 29, 2019 I ordered and paid for salon equipment.
Garry said my equipment will be ship with in days. its now September 21 . the phone is busy, their internet account is suspended.my credit card company is investigating.
I ordered salon equipment for over 3k on July 13, 2019 I received receipt via email, Called the company on July 22 to ask when i should expect delivery, I was informed by "Gary" that it will be shipped out the second week of August and the tracking information would be emailed directly to me.
I called the company August 9 to confirm shipment, the line has been busy since. I emailed explaining that of i did hear back i would be reporting the charges as fradulaent and filing a claim woth my bank. Which is exactly what I did.
I ordered equipment from the website. the next day i talked to a guy from the company. He old me i should recieve my shipment in a month. After a month passed i called the number again and the phone goes straight to voicemail.
The address is only an hour away from me so i drive there. There is a note on the door that says. The mclaren company had been using the address illegally.

I ordered salon equipment, they didn’t deliver, and won’t answer emails and their phone goes to a voicemail that doesn’t accept messages.
We bought merchandise and they never delivered it and do not answer calls, or return calls.
