McHenry Lerebours, McINTOSH Middle School in Sarasota, Florida, is a piece is s**t. Lerebours is NOT who he appears to be. Lerebours is a great performer and loves to act like he really cares about the kids. In reality, McHenry Lerebours is a egocentric, egomaniac who cares only about himself and Lerebours does not care whose lives and/or careers he tramples on in the process. Lerebours is a little man with a larger than life opinion of himself. I think he overcompensates for his short, diminutive stature. The students and faculty laugh at Lerebours behind his back and Lerebours has become little more than a joke to most staff.
I feel sorry for anyone how works with it even comes into contacting with the original ahole known as McHenry Lerebours.
I personally don't care if someone is male, female, black, white, whatever race, age, etc... if you are a kind and decent person, you are qualified, and get a good job, tben good for you. But when a professional African American Principal like McHenry Lerebours of McIntosh Middle School comes along and treats his black staff like Demi-gods and dumps on his white teachers, then that's another story.
McHenry Lerebours is NOT a nice, professional man. He is a pompous jerk and with that being said, I am not commenting on his race, I am commenting on his behavior. I knew someone that worked for Lerebours recently who stated that one of the students at McIntosh Middle School came up to her and told her that they thought Lerebours was trying to turn McIntosh Middle School into an all black school, and the student who said it was black herself.
Mr. Lerebours has this positive behavior reinforcement system where even if a student does something really bad, like threaten a student, the teacher is just supposed to pay them on the back, talk it out, and tell little whoever not to do it again. It's a joke. There are seldom any real consequences and it you try to punish a black student then you catch hell from Lerebours.
Everyone thinks it's great that the scores at McIntosh Middle School are so great...well there is a reason. Because McIntosh Middle School has an online curriculum called Study Sync. The teachers go through everything with the kids, including quizzes. Most teachers do quizzes as a group and if the students follow along they will all get a 100%.
I met a woman who works at McIntosh Middle School who was told by her supervisor that teachers were not allowed to fail students at McIntosh. The teacher was told that even if the student gets a 3 out of 10, that they had to bump their grade up to a 5 or 6 out of 10 because you could not fail students at McIntosh Middle School.
