I hit a deer and took my truck here for repair. Then, I started getting service offers in the mail, phone calls, and emails like they were the dealer I bought my truck from. When I was two years into my lease, they said they could get me out of my lease with no penalty. When they gave me the payment, which was advertised at $177, it was $425 a month. Okay, we all know that you never get the payment they advertise. My current lease is $312 a month. I was getting the same truck, just two years newer. I asked why and after a while, they admitted they rolled in 1o payments AND the termination fee that they said I would not have to pay. The salesman had been honest, but once the manager got involved, the scam started. After discussing this, I left. They then called and said that they would buy my truck outright and not have to worry about the lease payoff. Went back, same crap. Lease payments rolled in with termination fee. They call a month later and say that Dodge is on site, doing a invitation only event and that Dodge is buying the trucks for over value so they can boost their sales numbers before the end of the year. They are going over and above what the dealership would pay, because these are Dodge reps from the factory handling buying the vehicle. Go in and guess what? Same scam. No Dodge people, just the same salespeople pulling another scam. I had told them on the phone before I came in that they better not be pulling any crap or I would never come back. They are scam artists. I am a Realtor and have done sales my entire adult life. This place is very dishonest and can not be trusted. I refuse to be dishonest in my business and will not do buisiness with dishonest people. I gave them a second chance and they thought high pressure sales would sway me. Sorry, wrong guy. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. You can not trust them. All they do is lie.
