We've been harassed by this mexican manager for no reason. There is always long lines and our order always gets wrong. She has been worse since Biden/harass got in the white house. We had a problem with our order but they wanted us to drive around and their was a long line next to the gas pumps because of this mexican manager. I don't have any problems with someones race. But when the use me of being white that Is when I hold it against them.
It's been worse these 5 months into 2021. One visit while she was working they got our order wrong but the employee wanted us to drive around because they didn't give our french fries that we paid for. Then she brings out food for the other customers who are behind us but I recorded it on my cell phone. I did report this to Mcdonalds. We didn't see her for a long while up until recently she is back.
She thinks she got away with treating us badly. Our last visit was on 06/13/2021. They got our food wrong as usually, this black truck drives up they started to look at us. We noticed she was back working. We went and parked and got back in line. Then the phenix city police show up in the gas station parking lot, they backed up right where they could see the drive thru windows. The police waited until we got our food to leave. This is crazy she thinks she is going to intimidate and scare us for complaining about her, she has another thing coming.
We weren't causing any trouble its this mexican manager and the employees. But the phenix city police favors businesses in this town and we aren't allowed to exercise our consumer rights by sticking up for ourselves. The police didn't need to watch us for beans. We don't bother anyone its the mcdonalds manager causes the trouble.
Then I am forced to be angry and depressed for days over this. Because I know we didn't do anything wrong. This woman really is crazy. Then we ran into her at walmart never have before. Don't customers have the right to complain anymore?
