He claimed that 32 Island Rd in Etna Ca had originally been owned by his grandparents. The truth came out when neighbors told me about how he scammed the owners into selling it to him for very little. The pictures he sent were of a sweet little cottage in a very small town. After driving 2500 miles. I arrived at a broken down house with dead mice and insects crawling out of the holes in the floor. When I went to the building inspector and showed him pictures of the inside of the house his reply was that was not his job. He met secertly on June 15 2016 with Mr Anderson and decided not to inspect the roof or the hanging electrical lines. Instead he said it was all the health/safety inspectors job. The sad part about all this is as soon as I leave Mr Anderson will be allowed to rent this property again even though there is black mold and fungus growing through the rotten wood that is covered by a metal roof.
