I ordered three jerseys for my younger kids for making the honor roll in school. Once items were purschased, I was charged an extra $5.00 along with the $151.43. They sent me an e-mail with a confirmation number and a tracking number; however, the tracking number was not found in the system. When I reached out to the "company," they explained to me that it would take 2 to 3 business days for my tracking number to show. After waiting 4 business days, still no tracking number found.
They then told me that they were having trouble with one of my jersey orders, and that it will have to be custom made (another 5 business days). After that point, I got fed up and asked for a refund. I was told through email that my money would be refunded on my account within 5 to 10 business days. I waited, and still no money. I emailed the company once again about my money, and was told that it will be 7 to 20 business days for my refund to appear. I asked for a customer service number, but there is none.
You can only communicate through email. It has been over a month and I still haven't received my money. Now, the company is not even responding to my emails. I advise anyone to not order from this company. I have a 6, 9, and 10 year old who has been waiting patiently on their jerseys that they will never receive.

The email I received is very weird it says PES*Todapparelu will be shown on your billing statement. Ⅲ. The amount showing on your statement will be a bit different from the price on seller's website according to the foreign exchange rate of the bank. You can contact the bank for more information. We appreciate your support and understanding. They mention nothing of this when I placed the order. The email provided [email protected] to consult with the merchant does not work. I have replied to the e mail the invoice came from to cancel so far I have not heard back. March 14, 2018 ordered a nfl jersey Received a order confirmation email..was told i would receive a email with tracking number when it ships out. To this day i have not received tracking number. There is No customer service phone number or address. Order #100001399 (placed on March 14, 2018 10:03:47 AM CST Order was $60. And change but bank shows $65. And change. I did get a email reply that makes no sense. I will attach it along with order confirmation.
