Do not do business with this scam company at all...I REPEAT, Do Not Do Business with this Scam company at all unless you like losing money. They scammed my out of more then $4,500.00 and I have nothing (not even the car) to show for it. Here's the break down of how I got scammed by Jose Diaz & Belmary Diaz from Maya & J Auto Sales, Inc.
On 6-24-16 I paid $2,300.00 in cash to Maya & J Auto Sales for a used "2006 BMW 325i" car that was supposed to be transported from Texas to Florida. Jose told me that the car would arrive in 1 week, but it took 3 weeks to arrive. At this point I knew something was wrong. When the car arrived he told me that I would have to give him some more money for some repairs he didn't know about. On 7-15-16, he told me that the repairs would cost him $600 (or more) and that it would take one week to complete the repairs, so on that date I paid him the $600 in cash.
On 7-29-16 I called up Jose to inquire about the car and he told me that he left the car on the side street and that two tires was stolen...one tire was stolen on 7-27, and the 2nd tire was stolen on 7-28. At this point I told him that I wanted a refund because I don't have the time or patience for lies and excuses. He told me that the following week he would have the refund for me. I called him the following week and he lied again by stating that he would have to sell the car to someone else before he could reimburse the money back to me.
Also, they sold me a membership card that would allow me access to the dealer's auctions but the membership doesn't work because there account is in default every week from not paying on time. I paid them $500 for this membership that is totally useless because it doesn't work. I could go on and on about the other fees that this company has cost me but I'm trying to keep this as short as possible.
At this point I told him that I'm taking his business to small claims court. Keep in mind that I never met or spoke with his wife Belmary Diaz up to this point. I filed the claim and went through the mediation process with Jose's partner/wife and she had the nerve to only offer to pay me $100 per month when they owe me more then $4,500.00. This is what I mean about the mentality of a scam artist. So now our court date is on 1/10/17 and I will be spreading the truth on several websites about this scam company that I spent over $4,500.00 with and received "Nothing" in return...I mean "Nothing". I don't have the car, I don't have the money, the dealer's membership card doesn't work, the money on repairs, etc.
However, I'm relentless and I will get my money back.
I promise you, if you ever think about doing business with this fraud company "Maya & J Auto Sales, Inc.", you will definitely be at a lost..that's a fact.
