Not sure who Mike B. that getting rave reviews on Google, but unfortunately, he wasn’t the person I spoke with to try to resolve an issue. Dreadful, awful, terrible, appalling, and any other adjective you can possibly think of that is the definition of a hideous attitude from not an employee, but the actual business owner, Andy Lehrer. Andy has the attitude of a nasty toddler. Not sure what planet he lives on where he thinks it’s cool and perfectly acceptable to speak down to customers and be as rude as possible. He should realize this is not how you build relationships of any kind. The core of any business, small or large, is based mainly on the quality of customer service. He should also realize as a “business owner”, the best or worst form of advertising is word of mouth and when a customer is faced with a bad experience, they either go vocal or viral…I intend to go both.
