September 4, 2015, I made an online purchase of 4 pieces of costume jewelry from Max and Chloe Jewelry. 3 of the items did not meet with my satisfaction. I requested approval to return 3 of the items worth about $200. I got the approval and returned the merchandise on September 21, 2015. According to FEDEX, they received the merchandise on September 23. I did not get an email from them acknowledging the return. Every few days, I call and leave messages and have yet to get a response. I've sent emails and nothing.

They have my money and now the merchandise. I'm asking that they at the very least return the merchandise, because at this point I'm out everything. No money - no jewelry. After the fact, I've read dozens of negative reviews from dis-satisfied customers. Had I known that this would occur, I would have kept the items. I am at a loss as to what to do about this situation, as this has never happened to me before. Do I give up or keep trying to contact them? How are they able to rip people off and there is no recourse what so ever?

I've made purchases before from the company with no problems. I'm surprised that they could simply ignore their customers as if no transaction had ever transpired. If they'd refused to allow me to return the items, I would have kept them. However, as per their policy, I returned the items in new condition. Although they received the items I never heard from them. I've left voicemail messages and emails with negative results. I'm trying to remain civil, with hopes of at the very least getting the items back.
