I bought a bed and frame for 648.00 4/30/20 with an understanding of 180 days to exchange if it doesnt work out. I called because ive had severe back pain from the bed and wanted to see of i can get something else. The csr said he can sell me a new bed thats ot. So i asked to speak to the manager. He ended up calling back to see what my problem was. I told him I can't sleep on this bed it feels like sleeping on the floor and I would like to pay the difference for something else. He said to give it 20 to 30 days and I'll see what I can do after asking me to email him pictures of the bed to make sure he got the right one. I stated to him I do not want to remain in pain for the next 20 to 30 days I need this taken care of now . I emailed the pictures and waiting for a phone call back for a few minutes I did not receive for him. So I called back. His employee stated he had went to lunch and I never got a call back or e-mail for the rest of the day. So I called the store and like to voicemail because now they are just ignoring my phone call. I went down to the store to speak to him and he was gone for the day. Long story short he did not want to do anything to make it right for his customer and just ignoring me I feel like I have been ripped off and spent my last $600 on a bed that I'm not sleeping on he basically is telling me Oh well it is what it is. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I've never been so ripped off. I've been sleeping on my couch because I don't even want this bed. besides feeling ripped off the worst part about it is the man is just ignoring me and not even speaking to me. All I want is a comfortable bed to sleep on Phoenix Arizona
