I am before each of you again with the same recurring problem that was addressed before, and has not been resolved as of yet.
July 3, 2020, I purchased a Grant bed and a Sioux Falls Queen Set for my godfather, Andre D. Haynes. He paid $3,144.42 in total for this bed. The first bed and box spring was delivered without a "law tag" on the mattress or the box spring. See attached receipt.
That mattress sagged so bad it was replaced with a new mattress and box spring on February 1, 2021. See attached receipt.
December 2021, the second mattress sagged so bad it was replaced in December 2021. Andre sent an email to Mr. Israel Nelson for a receipt of the replaced mattress. Andre only dealt with an assistant during this transaction, Mr. Nelson is now a full time realtor, and was not on the premises. The assistant assured Andre when he delivered the mattress that a receipt would be forthcoming. It was never mailed nor emailed. Andre sent Mr. Nelson an email requesting a receipt, he to this date has received no response. See attached email request. The assistant informed Andre that if this mattress proved faulty, he would have to select another mattress. When this mattress was purchased, Mr. Nelson informed the both of us that we were purchasing the best mattress he sold.
This mattress has a 10 year warranty. This is the 3rd mattress since July 3, 2020. This is a faulty product. Enclosed you will find the pictures of the current status of this mattress, it to is now sagging. Andre weighs 167 pounds and sleeps in this bed alone along with a Yorkie he purchased during the Christmas holidays. I, nor my godfather want any other product, nor anything else to do with this business. We will settle for nothing less than a complete refund for $3,144.42, total amount paid for this product. Mr Israel Nelson will then be free to come and pick up the bed, the box spring and the mattress. See attached receipt.

The reason my name is attached to this is because my name is on the original purchase agreement, in filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I must file the complaint in my name.
