Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all of my jewelry needs! Egotistical ego loaded disgusting foreigners Who think they are in the “industry“ are nothing but a bunch of scam artist dee and his merry band of thieves need to be put out of business I received a sterling silver bracelet with CZ stones that looks like crap 4 stones were missing the clasp was bent and scratched and the bracelet was completely out of the round.
I asked them over and over again to refund my money and to call their local United States Post Office wear the bracelet has been sitting there and they refused to help I will dispute all the charges with my bank I will get my money back and please heed my warning stay away from these I don’t know what’s worse their attitude or they’re horrible jewelry from China!
After giving a deposit and explicit instructions on the exact piece we wanted in January we ultimately never received the product. It has been 5 months. After constant run around, blatant lying and less than professional communication it was obvious this was a fraudulent transaction. Based on other reviews it's clear this isn't the first time this has happened. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.
I ordered three pieces of jewelry from Master of bling on april 11, 2015. Picked up order on Adpril 18, 2016 from my local post office. when i got home and opened box, two of the pices of jewlery were not present. contacted master of bling immediately and told them of situation. as told that it was impossible to be missing anything because they don't make mistakes and that an investigation will be done with their employees as well as the post office.
I sent in photos and other information to have this matter resolved but as of today, May 3, 2016, master of bling has been ducking and ignoring my phone calls and has yet to contct me in reference to a reslolution of my items or my money. they are a total rip off and has done this several times to other people.I contacted the BBB of atlanta to get them involved in resolving this case. and will be pursuing this matter legally if necessary.
