I missed out on Black Friday in actual stores because I found this website called masonstores.com and they had great deals. Not knowing that this store was fake I ordered a television off of it for only $280.88 with free shipping an no tax, thinking that was a great deal I went for it. Well knowing it had been shipping for seven days when it said that it ships between 1-3 days I tried contacting them. They do not have an email or a phone number and when you look up their address it's fake and it leads to a shopping center in California. When I went to contact them they completely deleted me from the website so I have no way of knowing how to contact them or get my money back. I work my a** off for my paycheck and I may never get that back.
Placed an order last week, order never shipped. Tried emailing, had no phone number. No return emails. Was paid through paypal with their button. Reported as fraud one week later. Their website is now down. Cannot reach anyone.
Ordered a laptop on Thanksgiving night for $449 from Masononlinestore.com. They use PayPal. Recieved email confirmation with order # & awaiting shipment. 6 days later still hadn't shipped. Called my credit card company. Charge showed up as a plane ticket in Korea. Luckily my credit card covers fraud or I would be out $449.
I found a great deal on a laptop on a website I had never heard of. The deal seemed within the realm of reality as I had found a similar deal at Walmart, but this was just a liitle better so I jumped on it. I checked out the website and it looked legit but my intuition was spiking. I ignored it because I never thought I would fall victim to a scam. I was wrong. There are many things wrong with the website and I didn't see them until AFTER I placed my order. They use PayPal but here's why that doesn't matter. These are the red flags I found: The address goes to a strip mall in Huntington Beach, CA but there is no store there with any similar name, website sniffers say that the origin of the site is in Sunnyvale, CA which is 6 hours away from Huntington Beach, they neglected to capitalize Ave or Beach in their address on the site, they don't list a phone number on the site and their email address gets bounced back as a mailer-daemon.
What's more is this kicker: they said they don't charge your card until the order is shipped yet they charged me immediately, the charge didn't come back to a legitimate company or anything remotely near the United States, it came back to a piece of trash in Vietnam. Here is the loser's information: Nguyen Thi Thuy Van [email protected] Others across the net are beginning to come forward after realizing that they to have been scammed. I'll never see this money again because all the scammer has to do is one of two things: say they use any other shipping company outside of UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL and PayPal won't be able to do anything for me OR send me an empty box in which case it's their word against mine. I lost $300 because of this. I have now missed out on legitimate Black Friday deals because my money is likely being thrown at the feet of Vietnamese strippers or paying for some cheap Vietnamese hookers in the slum. What a disgusting piece of trash this guy is. I'm beyond livid.

Purchased a monitor on Nov. 26 and since then have not had any response even after 6 attempts through e mail and account messaging.
