On June 8, 2020, I placed an order for a two-pack mask. I received an order confirmation on June 8th. My account was debited on June 9th for a total of $30.23 which included shipping. When I did not receive the shipment, I located a phone number and called. The recorded message told me to email and they would respond within several hours. I received no call. After several emails without a response, I sent a final email demanding either a tracking number for the shipment or a refund. A week later I filed a complaint with my bank and also with the Better Business Bureau.
On July 7th, I finally received the masks via U.S. Mail. Using the number on the label, I checked the tracking and found they did not ship the masks until July 8th.
I ordered 2 masks. They were supposed to have been delivered a week ago. I tracked them through the USPS. The were "shipped" from New York. The arrived in the post office distribution center and for 4 days the package moved post office to another. The last notification was that it was sent back to New York. On the 6th day I filed a lost package claim with the post office. The post office called me today to tell me that the shipping label was illegible, which tells me it was probably from China. There is no contact for them on their FB page or their website. Do not order masks from them. It's a scam!!
I ordered 2 facemasks Total of 42.74. It has been 2 weeks and Ii have not seen anything about shipping. I atempted to go to their site and it does not exist anymore. I get the message "This shop is unavailable" I tried calling the number and all I get is a recording saying their reps are busy and send them an e-mail but they do not supply an e-mail address in the message I have from my order confirmation and there has been no response. I put their address into Google Earth and it shows a flea market location. Looks like I am out the money they charged. It appears to be a total RIPOFF.
PLESE HELP!!!! All I want now is my funds refunded!
It took forever to get, lots of "fuzz" in the face part. Not satisfied at all for the cost!!
I ordered a face mask from this company on May 28th via their web site masketi.com which is no longer available. Via google's cache, I can see that their web site indicated that they are at an address in Charleston SC (63 Market Street #160) which looks like a food market on street view.
Their US based phone number (302-316-5995) is not in South Carolina, it's in Delaware, and when I call it I immediately get a recording that says all customer service agents are busy, please send an email. But they do not provide an email address on the recording.
They do not respond to emails sent to the email on their (now dead) web site: [email protected]
I never received a confirmation email for the sale. I received a tracking number on the site which I no longer have access to. For days, the tracking number said that it was going through a third party partner, then recently it was supposedly transferred to the USPS in Los Angeles, then Carson California. I no longer have the number or the ability to track it because I had the confirmation web page stored on my browser and the web site is now dead.
When I look at my paypal transaction, there are more red flags. The company name is " Z3T UAB." They are not a US-verified seller. Their phone number is in the United Kingdom . I have not dialed it, but I'm guessing it is not an active number or just has a recording attached. Their website is listed as "https://eshopmgt.com" (one placeholder page) and their email as "[email protected]"
I think this is a scam operation, a site designed to sell non-existent masks, haul in unsuspecting US citizens' money from a foreign country, then take the site down and disappear.
Ordered two. masks almost a month ago. Received one email confirmation of order and a tracking note to track my package. Tracking showed just sitting some place in NY. After that cannot get back into either order confirmation or tracking. Also am blocked from any site that should take me to masketi. Total rip off and I sincerely hope somewhere ahead they pay dearly for this treatment of people are suffering through this terrible

Do not buy this product. Took three weeks to get it and it is trash.
I ordered 4 masks and 10 filters from this company- their return policy states 30 day return on unopened materials- It has been 4 days and the masks ( I opened one)-I find suffocating and horrendous- they said they dont care what policy says and will not allow any returns on unopened materials- I lost over 100 dollars
