The Mascot Organization is playing with peoples pay and lives. I have worked with The Mascot organization for 10 years and now in this recent year they have made a 100% turn for the worst.. At first when you recieved a gig it took 4-6 weeks to pay. And at the gigs we did we would have lunch for us since we are in hot costumes all day . But now i have done 6 gigs back to back. my first gig I did I had to wait 3 months for payment, the gig i did a week after i would figure the payment would come a week after. I have had to write and beg multiple times to see about my payment and everyone gave me the runaround. all paperwork was filled out and sent in. I have various medical conditions but being i cant recieve insurance her i pay out of pocket. I pawn item to get gas to make to events and hve to wash sweaty clothin, pay for my own food but still i wait 3 or more months. And now recently the slid a new thing where they say they will TRY to pay you from 6-10 weeks. The never had it there before, they no loger inform us on our pay so we are left to guess while they are in OHIO getting there paychecks for sitting in the office but we do he hard work.
