I signed the GSA Schedule Assistance and Marketing Agreement on January 28, 2019. I also paid them $6,500 up front before they started any work.
Based on the terms of the agreement, if "GSA Contract Management Services, LLC is unable to obtain said schedule for any reason but not limited to application rejection without remedy, the $6,500 fee will be refunded in full."
It has been a torturous 2 years since the agreement was signed and there is still no award with no promising avenue toward getting clearance.
I formally requested for a refund of the $6,500 payment on 1/12/21 and have not received a single response from them. The person I was working with was Darrell Hancock who represented himself as an employee/owner of the company. Paul Trebesch informed me that he is only a contractor after I requested the refund.
