I solved an ordered for a cold air intake system for my 2017 z06 corvette. Was emailed a week later with a package deal for the same intake plus headers and race cats. I called and and spoke to branden, he said yes it’s package deal and sold me on a larger pulley set and thermostat. He said he would make a new order for the kooks headers so that way i can get my parts that don’t have to be built shipped in a couple days and the headers would take 3-4 weeks plus another 2 weeks for coating. I said that was fine and 8 weeks later i called and couldn’t get anyone on the phone then i emailed several times and no one responded. I called in as a new customer to sales and used a different phone and low and behold they answered me. I told them i haven’t received any parts and they said sometime the headers take longer and that that’s what the problem was. I explained the different orders and that my other parts don’t have to be built and they agreed and said it was an error and i got a confirmation email the next day.
I waited 2 more weeks and still nothing.
Called back the same way and got another lady and i told her i wanted a refund and she said no, i said i would do a charge back and she said that’s not a good ideas cause i wouldn’t win and they wouldn’t work with me after that and i wouldn’t get my money back! so i said, really so if i tell on you then you’re gonna lie so you don’t have to pay me my money back and then you won’t send me my parts either? She said well we won’t work with you if you file a chargeback and i said i don’t plan on working with them anymore. Branden called me back and promised me that my order would be shipped out the next week. Well that’s been months ago, i call in every week and email every week and get the same answer. He finally said he figured out that he was looking at the wrong order and he found mine and yes that it was a problem and i would get it in 2 -3 weeks guaranteed. It’s been 2 more months and nothing. Now i can’t call or email answered, i wish i would have looked into this company ahead of time cause there are 40+ bbb complaints and plenty of Yscam. Do not place an order with them, i can’t see where anyone gets their products on time or at all. I’m filing a charge back in the morning. And it’s now 3/5/18. Way longer than expected or guaranteed by branden.
Don't order from this shop... taking customers money and not delivering parts
I order a $1300 order and took four months for delivery, a buddy of mine placed a $3000 order and its been five months and still hasn't seen any parts and they keep given him the runaround. At this point i think they are just taking peoples cash and fixing to close down the shop and keep peoples money..DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE ....SCAM!!!!!!

I get the run around and excuses every time I talk to them or E mail them. I am contacting my credit card company to get my money back and also I am going to report them to the BBB.

I have ordered from Maryland Speed twice now and both times my package has taken longer than expected. The first time I didn’t contact them or find out what took so long because I was out of the country and it didn’t bother me since I wasn’t there to install the parts. After the first time I should of learned my lesson but I decided to give them another chance. I ordered some BC Racing Coilovers on March 1, 2017. On March 8 I decided to email them to get an update on my order since I could see on BC Racing’s website that they had 23 sets in stock for my vehicle. They responded with it should be shipped beginning of next week. After that I sent about 2 emails per week. In the emails I would leave my phone number in case they would like to call me and the order number. I also tried calling and no one would ever answer the phone (not sure if I had the right number). I would always get the same response from Branden to the emails I sent stating it should be shipped within the next couple of days and he would follow up with me. He never did follow up with me.
This went on for over a month. On April 10 I decided to contact BC Racing and ask them what was taking so long. They told me they had never received an order from Maryland Speed for me and they would contact them. About an hour later I receive a call from Branden saying he had my order confused with someone else and my order was never placed. Every email I sent had my order number if he would have taken the time to look it up instead of giving the same generic response every time this could have been solved sooner. He called two more times that day worried about what I had said to BC Racing and what they said to me Im assuming so he could think of accuses. He never apologized for my order being late. The next day I received a call from BC Racing saying they were still waiting on my order information from Maryland Speed and that they were trying to get them to reimburse me money or pay for faster shipping.
Obviously Branden doesn’t care about his customers because he turned down both those options. I finally received my order on April 17. BC Racing decided to give me extra stickers and t-shirts since Branden didn’t want to stand behind his customers. After this experience I should of spent the extra $15 and ordered directly through BC Racing they have great customer service who actually responds to your questions with legitimate answers in a fast manner.

Bad experience
