Garnishment of credit card I was not aware of judgement in late 2009. Unresolved attorney not responding and keeps charging interest. See previous report
*Filed garnishment for credit card I wasn't aware of . I hired attorney Charles Gross who said he knew her well . Said he would ask her for orginal application to prove it was me . Didn't hear from him nor did I get garnishment notices thought it was taken care of . All the sudden I get notices again. Went to my attorney's office he said I only had a year from claim. He didn't have an excuse for not contacting me other then saying why didn't you contact me?... Makes me wonder if they are friends or husband and wife? Keep getting garnished . Before hiring a lawyer in 2010 for this late 2009 order ( that I wasn't aware of) I wrote her a letter with no reply. So here I am with garnishment and nothing for the 500 retainer given to my attorney*
