MaryEllen Montgomery unlawfully transferred ownership of our lease to a management company ran by her friend Denise Day. The company, Blue Mountain Real estate and property management attempted to then collect and raise our rent and then evict us when we refused and filed a cease and desisit order. Montgomery gave our deposit to Day and constitutes conversion/theft and bith will be charged by C.S.P.D. for this crime as they gave all information to enact this con in writing by US mail.
MaryEllen was doscovered to never have had licensure to rent properties that she is engaged in doing in El PAso County Colorado. No licensure exists for Montgomery and by definition makes her a defrauder of the governemnt regarding due taxation and hidden earnings. Day is licensed and currently under investigfation by the State of Colorado at my request.
