I placed an order online and was given a delivery time of 45 minutes later. One hour later I called to check on the status of my order and was told it was already out for delivery and should arrive soon. Thirty minutes after that I called to check on the order again and was told the delivery driver's whereabouts were unknown but that I should wait and see if he arrives soon. Twenty minutes later I called for the third time and was told the delivery driver was minutes away. I explained that at this point I would like my order remade since it had been out for delivery for so long and is probably very cold now. The manager gave me a very hard time and then agreed to remake and redeliver my order within twenty minutes.
I told him I would time him and that he will have to refund me for my order if it did not arrive within the twenty minutes he stated. He agreed and I waited for 25 minutes for the delivery driver to only deliver the drinks and not the food. When I called to ask where my food was the same manager told me that the delivery driver forgot the food. I asked for my money back and was told that I would not be given a refund. Since then I have been in contact with the same manager and he still refuses to provide me with my refund stating it was not his fault and it was the fault of the delivery driver that he employs. They owe me $57.24.
