Like many of the prior report before this I missed the finest of prints - it's not a 30 day free trial, more like a 14 days. And that's 14 days from the day you place your order, not recieve the product. Also as described previously, the pop-up for the second item (Mango) has no way to decline it and I don't remember seeing anything stating what the full monthly fee would be (I may have missed it). I it was only 5.95, I intended to cancel before the 30 days, so I wasn't too concerned - but should have been!
I have outlined the sequence of events below. They do not make it easy to cancel either. You MUST call (phone number only on shipping package) and they offer and re-offer discounts, want to know all your reasons for cancelling and push you to continue. "You don't feel well when you take, well, that's to be expected .. etc, etc etc."
Also notice that each product has different customer service email addresses to further complicate matters and are also charged as different entitites on your credit card. Although they ship from the same company in the same package.
9/3: Placed order - Supposed to be $4.95 and $5.95 for the first shipment. Led to believe there is a 30 day free trial.

NOTE: There is no contact info on these confirmation emails - suspiciously devoid of any but the most basic info.

Note: I've been charged 3 separate times and receive only 2 shipments of product
10/23: Called Customer Service and cancelled – very difficult to cancel, keep offering all these "special" discounts and deals to keep you hooked. Question and requestion reasons for cancelling.
10/29: Discovered the charges on my card. Each set of charges was on a separate monthly statement, so it wasn't immediately obvious. What caught my attention was that two "diet" entities were charging nearly the same amount on the same day. I checked it out and saw it was "reoccurring" - I don't do reoccurring payments (other than bills) - all these were red flags so I started digging.
