After promised 4-6 weeks for set up my parents were living out of a hotel after 12 weeks. After set up we couldn't get them back out there because they had no hot water , the plumbing wasn't hooked up to the washer machine, they couldn't run the dryer because their vent was cut over a metal beam, toilet didn't work and we were told to get someone to fix it and they would pay the bill.
The bill still hasn't been paid. The back porch has two posts that doesn't even go to the ground. They keep blaming us, refuse to do work we ask them to which is part of the contract. They keep making excuses or tell us it's our fault. Please contact me to see the pictures of our home and porches to see the work they do and have been told they couldn't fix the porch.
I purchased a used moblie home from Marty Wrights Home Sales on 4/18/17. On 5/9/17 I went back to the company to pay cost of moving I was then told I would have to purchase the moving permit in order for them to move the moblie home I went to marion county and was told the previous owner had not paid the property taxes and in order for me to get a moving permit I would have to pay the taxes due I then called Marty Wrights Homes and spoke with Ben Utter who told yes you have to pay those taxes I paid them and took the moving permit back to the salesman Ben Utter. Afew days passed and I was informed that I was not respnsible for the previous owners taxes and the dealer should give me my money back so I called and spoke with Ben Utter who then informed that I was to fax a copy of the reciept from the tax office showing I had paid those taxes before I could be refunded my 353.25 for the taxes I faxed the information on 6/14 and 6/16
On 6/24 the home was delivered to my property and looked totally different the front window was missing and there is a hole in the wall of the dinning room we were told if anything happened during the move that it was covered so far they have not completed the work. The movers set it on blocks and tied it down but not securley and have not tbeen back to replace the window or fix the wall as we were promised they took almost 17,000 and gave me a house that will not pass code because it never was capped at the top I want my money for the taxes paid for the previous owner and my moving fees I have contacted the company and they are not trying to make the situation right Please do not do bussiness with this company they are a ripoff
