Martinez construction Inc was hired to replace my roof. We signed a contract on 7/8/2015, work was to start promptly after. I gave them a check for $4500.00 on or about September 1, 2015, which they cashed within a couple of days. I have yet to have my roof done. I have contacted the owner Michelle Martinez on several occasions, she has made excuses and empty promises regarding the refund of my money. I am still without a roof and now I do not have the funds to have it replaced. Please help!!
