Load was delivered for Martin Enterprises of the Carolinas, all paperwork was emailed, faxed and called in to receive payment. Customer won't return calls, emails, or any correspondence. When calling in to speak to the owners Tonya and Charles, the calls are screened and you aren't able to speak with them. Collection agency made numerous attempts to collect on our account and Charles and Tonya refused to speak, avoided having the collector in the office and screened all calls by the secretary. Avoid this company at all costs, give the trucking business a bad reputation and are thieves.
