Martha Charrette maligns our company online because we asked her on numerous occasions to have her warped pool pump repaired or replaced. We provided the option of using our company or any one they choose we merely need it fixed to properly service the pool. On several occasions the last year we have sent 3 separate pool cleaners and two service repair technicians to troubleshoot her pool. Our last poolguy spent UP TO ONE HOUR waiting for her pool pump to prime, we don't get paid a single cent more for our wasted time . On average when the pump basket is emptied and pump restarted it's a 20 minute long process for the pump to fully prime, this is unacceptable We sent Martha Charrette a text message letting her know this is not working out and we are terminaating services effective immediately. . After speaking to the office manager who stated he is tired of dealing with her and her attitude and told me "she's vindictive".
Not even a couple hours later she goes to yelp besmirching our company, our technicians, insinuates we are "super incompetent"
"I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. From what I can tell, when they get super incompetent and can't figure out how to service a pool, they just fire the owner. I got a text message today telling me that they could no longer work with me. Which I find very surprising because we've had nothing but pleasant conversations up till now. The owner kept quoting me $900 to get a new pool pump. As I have a home warranty, I called the warranty service and found out that all I needed was a capacitor. The pump has been working great. This happened a few months ago where there was a suction problem and, at that time, Orange County Pool told me I needed a new $900 pump. I didn't fire them, because I thought they were doing an goid job with keeping the chemicals in balance excetera. The pool turned a little green this week, and now he cancels my service! Terribly unprofessional!"
My office manager is correct she is a vindictive b. On what planet do you live that we as a business are beholden to you Martha Charrette, don't have the right to quit and it's ok to malign our company??? Proof positive why we don't want to deal with you. BIG SURPRISE why your previous pool company stopped showing and wouldn't return your phone calls. Martha Charrette goes on to claim "the pool turned a little green this week". We have photos of the pool, while it was starrting to have an algae outbreak it is due to the CHARRETTES who not only didn't listen to us repeatedly for almost a YEAR!!! But when our pool cleaner showed up the pool was overflowing with water and the pump was OFF and in SERVICE MODE which means the pool pump hadn't run for who knows how long. Well Martha Tepas Charrette WE WOULDN'T RECOMMEND YOU AS A CUSTOMER. You are ignorant about pool equipment, don't listen to advice and continually wasted our companies time and money to come look at the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. To which your reply was "I have a home warranty I will call them" Why didn't you call them in the first place???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? You are a true PITA! We don't want you as a customer and would recommend others steer clear or suffer being lied about with a one star UNTRUE libelous defamatory review
