MARLO FURNITURE in Forestville, MD is the ABSOLUTE WORSE. A friend was going to buy ONE bed and ONE nightstand but she recognized some SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES and never took delivery of the furniture. THESE FREAKS CALL ME DAILY trying to intimidate me and harrass me on my cell phone. DO NOT do any business with MARLO Furniture because they are HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Three years ago I purchased a red leather sectional for $1,500 as advertised by the store and sales person. Two years later, the one side I use flattened and it started to show cracks. The color also began to peal off. I waited until this week to finally get it fixed. I contacted Marlo and they said that they would not service it even if I am willing to pay out of pocket because they would be liable after it. As a result, I consulted with two other repair shops and they say that there is no solution for the sectional. It cannot be repaired because although Marlo advertised it and sold it as leather, it is NOT leather at all. It is some type of fabric that mimics leather and cannot be restored. It has to be thrown away. Re-upholstering it would cost me more that what I paid for it. This is an unacceptable business practice. I will not purchase anything else from Marlo Furniture, ever.

Marlo is very Rigid with time, they do not provide window period for time , you can only choose day but they have to tell you the time
they are not flexible with time, so I have to wait for my Item to go back to the ware house and call again to reschedule another day for delivery
I am a full time student at montgomery college. I have exams spread between now and next week. Even if I reschedule, They say the computer will generate time so IT IS NON NEGOTIABLE,
If I knew that they do not have time window, I wont order from Marlo.
I hate the way thier customer service kept interupting me and kept saying it is non negotiable
i fail to remember how much effort the stakeholder put in to attract clients and what the clients do to be able to buy from them
Their customer service represent bad buisness
please if your must order from Marlo, SPEND QUALITY time understanding their delivery one on one rather calling their ever rude impatient, bad buisness customer service
if am able to get my order without further complain. I intend to delect the name from my memory
