Market Viewpoint, LLC Reviews
Receieved e-mail to be a "Mystery Shopper" and I applied as I was looking for a part time job to make ends meet. After answering a few questions, I was EMPLOYED. Wow fastest job ever got. Red Flag #1.
Then a few days later received e-mail from Michael Gregory sayinI will receive a check in 2 days for $2950 in order to complete assignment. Check came in with instctions to go to any Apple Store and buy 3 iPhone 6s. I had enough money for phones, taxes and $250 for me!!! Wow talk about fast money. After purchase I was to email and text Michael phones were purchased and hell then instruct me what to do with phones. Red Flag #2.
The survey form was quite simple. I thought this is TOO easy to make $250.00 for maybe an hour of your time. And no signature on any forms/mail. Red Flag #3.
I showed all the info to my son thinking this would be great for him just being a college grad. He got othe internet and started research Market View Point and told me its a scam. Huge Red Flag #4.
I emailed Michael asking him where can I mail check back him. Got no response to my email yet he emailed me the following morning to deposit check asap and carry out the assignment. Again more pressure to cash check. Red Flag #5.
I did a little research myself and found out the address on website is 3 bedroom home worth $499,000!!! Wow st be a beautiful home. The 2 Day delivery containing check came from a Florida address which wouldn't be found on Internet and the phone number I was gettingas from an area code 972 is from Texas. Red Flag #6
The Assignment Instructions were printed on a plain white piece of paper...No Letterhead Red Flag #7.
I am returning the check to the Miami, Fla address and I truly hope no one falls for this Fast Money Making scam.
Yes, it was too good to be true.
PS: Michael typed his name as Michsel Gregory Ph.d ....really?
