This is literally the worst company. I used them for a couple year for real estate website and crm. I also bought some leads form them [all were garbage and expensive]. But I stuck with the website and crm as they were very limited but did mostly what I needed at the time. But the customer service is horrible. This is a declining company. Wouldn't let me do my own advertising to connect to crm, wouldn't give me answers, customer service was horrible on many many accounts. They don't seem to care.
Then I decided to make the switch. I built my own new website with a website builder and made it conpletely custom and also started using a different crm. I called and emailed to cancel my market leader account and website. Took them too long to respond, then I had to fill out a form. Did that and then again waited. Then someone calls me and tells me I have to keep the website and crm for 2 more months and pay for it even though I have no contract with them, I was month to month just paying for website and crm. I fulfilled all my obligations and they literally will not shut my website off and turn my account off and they won't stop trying to charge me. I have asked them for over a month easy, to turn my website and account off and they simply won't and are still trying to charge.

Search Engine Optimization should be INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL WEBSITE!!! It’s because they have So many Realtors they have sites for, they cannot effectively provide SEO for each website, they will take your money and try to convince you to spend more for what they say will make you standout. BullSh!t!!! Find yourself a custom SEO Optimization company. Heck you could do better on Zillow!

Market Leader convinced me to sign up for a lead generation service under a free trial. After a few weeks and a few leads, all of which were either fake, uncontactable or simply unqualified garbage, I decided to cancel within my allowed cancellation window. Richard Lewis, our account rep at Market Leader, proceeded to ignore our phone calls and emails in an obvious effort to force me into a contract extension outside of our cancellation window. I was unsurprisingly charged $529 without so much as a call back during the start of the month following our free trial. Richard Lewis with Market Leader also decided to play a game of "who gets the last word” with 4 individual emails on the second business day of the month gloating about getting us into a 12 month uncancelable contract. Regardless of the outcome of our credit card dispute, this company is an outright fraud and they act about as juvenile as I’ve ever seen in business. In closing, I emplore you not to do business with Market Leader or Richard Lewis... You will be ripped off!

I used this website to try and make a real estate website. I authorized them to the $99 "start-up fee” basically connecting the website with the local MLS. After a few days I noticed a charge of $565 from Market Leader. I called "customer service” and told them I do not want anything to do with your "services”. They started troubleshooting me by trying to change my mind to keep taking my money. The customer service manager called me and proceeded to tell me im a Liar, that I just simply had buyers remorse. When I told him I dont want anything to do with your company, he said "Well there is nothing we can do”. The best part was after he screamed and harrased me, he tryed troubleshooting. The part he couldnt figure out was I want nothing to do with this artificial lead service. I indicated to them that I was mislead to beleive the $99 was just a start up fee. After I was done with my website i come to figure out they signed me up for all this "real estate coaching” and "lead service” and a garuntee of a closing within 30 days. They slid one past me and told me I was locked into this contract regardless and they would not refund me my $565 or cancel a contract I that was signed by someone in the company. I would NEVER agree to $565 a month unless its a mortgage.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. I signed up, the salesperson promised me 10 filtered leads (i.e., strong leads) a month for $459. He sent me the paperwork and told me to sign ASAP so we could reserve the zip code. He never told me the contract was for a year. After a couple of months of not receiving the promised leads, I contacted Market Leader regarding not receiving the leads I was promised. I could not get a response from them, even after several emails. Then, by luck, my credit card had expired and they weren't getting paid, so they contacted me (for payment). At that time, I called and expressed my concern and was told that I could cancel after six months and that my account would be reviewed every 3 months and I would be credited for not receiving the promised number of leads. I emailed back and confirmed that I wanted to cancel after six months, based upon what the customer service rep had told me. I was then contacted by another person at Market Leader, because of their concern regarding my credit card. I explained everything to him and went in an updated my card. Afterwards, I continued to email this person to try and get a response and NEVER received a return email (of course ... my account was being paid). I proceedeed to send several more emails to customer service with NO response. Finally, after the six months was up, I cancelled my credit card, because I could not get a respsone. Then, of course, I got an email threatening me to pay or they would turn me into a collection agency. Amazing how they so quickly respond when they're not getting their money, but NOTHING for my concerns about the leads.
The leads they have sent are BAD leads, most people (who actually respond to your emails) have either already sold their homes, already have an agent or are curious about their neighbors homes for sale. I RARELY received phone numbers and most of the email addresses were either bogus or as soon as I sent any information replied with a DO NOT EMAIL response. So many leads are fake email addresses and I think are totally bogus (probably someone at their company) because I would get no leads at all for 1/2 a month and then would receive like 4 in one day (pretty unlikely). I would highly discourage anyone looking at this company to NOT sign up for their services!!!!
Market Leader offers real estate agents buyer/seller leads in their chosen area. When I spoke with their account executive, Thomas, he claimed there were 10 new listing leads in my area and as soon as I signed up with them, he would forward them to me. He went on to say that Market Leader scrubbed every lead to make sure that they were legitimate, i.e., a real person was actively looking for a listing agent, and that they would provide name, email address, etc., as components of their lead service.
Like a fool, I believed Thomas and signed up. Not only did I not receive the "hot" leads he promised but across the following two days I only received two leads; one person already had their house on the market and was in escrow with a buyer and the second lead was an elderly woman just looking at what her home could be worth following extensive remodeling.
This company straight put lies. Period. Run don't walk away.
