Avoid this Company: I found Mark Thomas & Kimberly Parsons (Sales)She informed me the Company had 2 Leather Chairs like I wanted on Back Order. They would arrive on July 22,2021. I could have those when they arrived- *charged 1/2 down* $3375. (Visa) Kimberly sent receipt & it had "NO REFUND--NO RETURNS". I called & told her to remove that Stamp because I was not ordering Floor Samples or Defective Merchandise. *Nor a Flea Market. *She talked to Mark (per Kimberly) & removed it. * July 22 arrived & no Chairs -Kimberly said-chairs to arrive in Sept. Oct. or ?
Kimberly proceeds to sell me another Chair for $2570.31. The Chair was sent out & it was Power & a Defective Chair. I complained to Kimberly within 3 Business days --the Chair was defective & I wanted to return it. Kimberly ignored emails & delayed process of Chair. Finally-Kimberly had it Picked up & repaired* informed her-I was not Happy* Failure to deliver & defective Merchandise. Co. has my $ of $3375. & $2570.31. on Visa since June. 19-202. CO. is trying to keep my money $3375. & $2570.31. *I have no Merchandise & they are holding my money VIA Chase Credit Card company
I have sent Letters & Info. Credit still wants more & more info. I want Mark Thomas to refund Monies back to Credit Card . $5945.31 without any Merchandise. M.T. Company is trying to keep Money & they have not delivered on anything. *Consumer Beware! *High Prices & Consumer Deception is high. *Thank You..NR
