He responded to the complaint with an attorney who also has LOTS of behavior complaints and has been disciplined a few times. Hmmmm big surprise that an attorney who didn't have issues would take him on as a client.He had to respond to over 80 issues filed and Mark said, "They didn't pay me" or "Their behavior was such I couldn't do the work"... Would that be after you didn't show up for the umpteenth time Mark? Or I know maybe when you sent the drugged up "employee" to dig a hole and remove items from the house to continue to damage it? Sheesh then he says we didn't pay him and he took 95% of the money and then dumped a bag of cheap concrete all over our basement (that dripped everywhere and fixed nothing then tried to cover it with dirt). I have sworn statements from TWO different reputable companies regarding the additional damage he caused to our home.

He screwed over everyone in Colorado in 2010 with his wife, couldn't pay and took off. Went to OH and now Indiana has let him do this for YEARS.... Sad that he doesn't show up at small claims court multiple times and just keeps screwing over people. He took my money while I was trying to pay for chemo/radiation... Nice right?
He is the worst of the worst kind of "person" and I'm sure he will eventually get his but I'm going to keep posting about him until he's living in a 6x6 and working doing FREE lawn clean ups. He can't be trusted to do anything to your home. Get him out working doing lawn care for all the people he's screwed over for the rest of his miserable life.
He took our money for chemo and spent it on Christmas gifts while our family had nothing because of him. We had a freezing cold home with a huge hole in the yard and missing bricks that had to be put back (correctly). He is completely clueless and don't let him touch your home.
He actually had the balls to say we didn't pay him? Really? Return my money you ran off with then. He also had the balls to tell me I was the angriest customer he had ever had... Really? Doubt that. He caused another contractor to have a busted up leg because he fell in his stupid hole that wasn't done correctly. He cut my front porch up and was supposedly going to fix it but never did so had to have a real company with competent masons fix my concrete. Had to have a foundation service come out and fix the foundation that he NEVER fixed. That was the whole and ONLY reason he was here and he had his drugged up employee do some stuff to make it look like he was working. He was here TWICE????????? Once to stand over some poor guy who dug a hole and then a second time to dump some cheap bag of concrete into the hole and then tell the guy to bury it.
I have pictures of the disaster area he left, caused and that I had to pay 13k to fix. he's a complete loser.
Gave a false address on the contract but on the back on my $4000.00 check put the correct address.
Showed up 4 times and twice dropped people off to work and he left. Dug alot of holes all over my yard. set 4 post in the wrong spot. The holes didn't fit the trusses. Building not squire. Had every excuse in the world why he didn't show up. He can't even read blue prints.
There is just so much he done that it's unbelieveable that the state of Indiana still allows him to be in this state to do business.
