The person who wrote this was an one time employee of mine. She and her children were homeless. When I hired her she asked if I had a place to rent to her. She said she had disability income to pay the rent. I let her move into my 3 bedroom condo with no money down. I was trying to help her.
I hired my handyman to help her move and to paint and repair anything in the home she requested.
the condo is not in the best area and a neighborhood person who I don't know and never met supposedly asked her for money. Two months later, she had not paid any rent so I started the eviction process.
I tried to to a needy person with 2 young children and it was obviously not appreciated.
