I recently purchased a vehicle for cash on a debit card and was told if anything went wrong with it in the first 30 days they dealership wold fix it at no cost. It's only be 2 1/2 weeks. Also in my purchase was free maintenance for a year and free service for a year. The transmission started slipping and has a loud humming noise coming from the front end of the vehicle. Also my gauge informed me that it needs an oil change and tire pressure checked. I made an appointment with service to address the issues but was told when I got there it would cost me a minimum of $130+ to change the oil and check the other problems. They told me they needed to drop the oil pan, change the oil, and that the differential has play in it. I sad fine just fix it. That was at 10:30am. I stayed at the dealership as this is my only vehicle until 1:00pm. At the end my original sales rep approached me with my vehicleson keys and said that I would have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed and get the oil changed and said their service doesn't have the tools to work on the vehicle.????? The service guy told me he could fix it but like I said they gave me my keys said it's my problem and escorted me out of the showroom to my vehicle which had nothing done to it in the whole time I was there. Not even the tire pressure was checked I noticed getting into my vehicle!
