Mark just wanted to get it done fast, which included very early morning painting the last holiday of the year without pre-arranging with HOA and in violation of ALL HOA construction rules. Holiday guests and owners suffered through the warm weekend unable to open windows due to plastic coverings. Incomplete trim painting and deck paint wore off in less than 1 year.
But Mark offers NO warranty and no apologies; he doesn't care about customer satisfaction either. We could--according to Mark, pay him more money to return to do touch up! No thanks! Has a fake 5 star review from his friend, and the other 1 star review was mysteriously taken down. Don't hire a deadbeat ski bum to provide any work on the home you care about.
