I hired Mark to renovate my kitchen and bathrooms. He started the job received half the money and as I started to notice things that were not up to code he became rude and it was hard for me to get in contact with him. He didn't finish the job per our agreement and demanded more money. I did research on him after the fact and he doesn't have a contractors license as initially reported and viewed by me. Now I've had to start the project over with a verified licensed contractor which has cost more money and time. Homeowners beware...
