Just now i was called a black b***h by one of the owners ! and he balled up a $5 bill and hit me in the eye with it! luck i was wearing my glasses. I went to the furniture store on 1/5/2022, it was an emergency purchase for my grandchildren they needed a bunk bed asap. I went to this store because over the last 12 yrs i had been there a few times and did not have any issues before.
The complete bunk bed set came to $800 i was told they have some programs that give instant credit and i was like sure ….. I could save the cash i had brought along for the purchase. So i got approved and they charged a $40 fee that was fine off my card and i received an alert from my bank by text. I received a message from the new creditors approval about the bed but did not receive the email.
At that point one of the owners the smaller short white guy stated you can’t have the furniture until you get the email. Now mind you i had written the email down very largely on the paper so he could see it. His partner had to correct him at least 5 times because he was making tons of mistakes in the system. So they had to call the financial company to correct the email mistake that he did.
Not my fault he then authorized them to charge my card $4.10 to correct the email mistake in the system …… i then received an alert from my bank that my card was charged. After he got of the phone i ask will you guys be refining me the $4.10 because of his mistake i should not have to pay for that. The owner then walked over to me balls up a $5.00 bill out his wallet and hit me in the face. I then told him i’m not your wife or your bi*ch or a stripper don’t you ever do that again !!!!! he then stated f*ck you black bi*ch we dont need your money stupid bi*ch with a mexican last name !
A black bi*ch with a mexican last name. He continued to curse at me and they only had two workers there both hispanic and they came from the back they was insulted as well. His partner just allowed him to disrespect me. I ask him to stop him he said he could not the both was laughing at me i started crying i canceled the order with the financial company and i even called the police !
I told them if i was a whote woman they would have not been treated this way. He told me f*ck you black bi*ch we don’t care about y’all money. This store is low key racist this store is evil and hateful this store has many fake reviews with five stars this store should not be open. I ask all minorities to please stand with me band band spending our hard earn money at this store and get disrespected like we are not human.
Also they wait until you pay to tell you they dont have delivery people no drivers and i would have had to pick it up and. Set it up myself.
