I received a telephone solicitation which i normally do not answer but at the time i was serious about obtaining a web site to increase and grow my business.
I was excited to get started...Never received anything via e-mail and when i called back the telephone number no body responded other than a voice mail ?
I thought to give it a chance but when i was billed again for a second month i reported the fraud to my bank.
Yurz responded with a document they said they sent to me...I hired a tech to search to make sure it wasn't just me and he did not find anywhere within my e-mails the documents they said they had sent to me.
Because i did not receive the documents until receiving a response from the claim dispute resolution services showing copies that they had supposedly e-mailed to me i was not aware of additional contractural agreements etc.
Should they have really followed through and i received the documents it looks like it could have possibly really been good...But again i never received their e-mail and they never returned my calls!
