This site promises to deliver marijuana to your door in a discreet package to anywere in the world without a medical card. I heard about this and wanted to see if it were really a scam. It is. I ordered $300 worth and they instructed me to send the money via Western Union or Moneygram. I sent it, waited and waited. I contacted them via their cellphone number. They responded to me via text and stated that my package was "out there uninsured" and that I needed to pay $285 for that refundable insurance. At that point I requested a full refund to which they happily declined stating that I needed to pay the insurance fee first. 2 months later, no package,no refund.
