Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!!!!!!! Under no circumstances go near this company!!!! They will come off very nice and easy to work with then turn around and screw you when you need them most! Its crazy! Hired them to do work for us and they screwed up the job! Costing us the client as well as thousands of dollars in damages. We, (in good faith) paid them as well as deducted ONLY a portion of what the client charged us back for, and to be as up front and honest as possible we sent them the copy of the clients signed and verified complaint so they can see we were not the ones complaining as well as they would be able to verify how much trouble they got us into. Like the lairs that they are, they simply disregarded the letter and proceeded to insist we still had to pay them!! Even though it was clearly in black and white how badly they screwed up our job site!They called us several months later saying we still owed them the money and luckily we had there call taped, the women on the phone was the absolute NASTIEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDEST WOMEN we have ever encountered in our life! (funny how they say it was us but I am happy to play the tape I think they would be shocked at how reality will slap them in the face)When we told her we were surprised to get that call given that we only debited them a portion of what we were debited (we did that thinking they would understand and take responsibility for how badly they messed up, again the clients letter spells it all out) she want nuts! I mean its amazing how much these people have lied to conceal the facts! Again, I don't need to lie, I have all the letters from the client, all the complaints and the hazardous conditions they left our site in. I also have signed letters from employees of the job site as well as independent contractors who happened to drive by the site and tell me it looked horrible!. So for them to now go public with something they clearly are the culprits on, is not only shocking its a true disaster for them!Clearly don't trust them or work with them as they have a distorted sense of reality that only they seem to identify with (that's why my client almost fired us on the count of there screw ups, but obviously they don't see it that way) and for the record the only truth to there statements that they would leave when authorized by us is in fact correct, however they were given the green light to leave the job site ONLY when THEY reported that the job was done, the mistake we clearly made was believing them because not only did our client come in and go crazy on us, we worked with other contractors who drove by and said the job site looked horrible (there words not ours) so again simply a case of a contractor refusing to take responsibility for there horrible work ethic.I hope they try and worm there way out of this so we can upload all the complaints we got from the client as well as cost them 10's of thousands in legal fees for all the lies there clearly trying to get away with.Still in shock!!!!......
