Contracted Marcellus Lawrence to retrieve /change forgotten pin and password and save data.
He changed the password , lost the files , and reinstalled windows 10 operating system which required two additional hours without our permission and lost access to our CD/DVD drive. Also, the screen doesn't look right -- looks fuzzy and unstable. He called us later that same day he picked computer up telling us he was 30 minutes from our home to request payment. We entered card information and received a paid receipt via email.
Marcellus Lawrence assured us he would wait for for us to check the computer was ok and were given a number where he can be reached. Sometime later , we receive a call from Marcellus Lawrence asking if he could return computer the following morning because he had a flat tire. We said it's ok. The next morning we do not hear from Marcellus Lawrence or received computer yet. I kept calling Marcellus Lawrence and for the next 2 days received different excuses as to why he couldn't bring computer back.
We told Marcellus Lawrence we were getting impatient and wanted computer returned right away as told I would and repaired as I also was told it was. We allowed the tech to record our payment and acceptance of computer and I reluctantly paid the Bill when promised it would be fixed. The computer was returned a short time later but I had an appointment and so wasn't able to check the computer until later that evening.
When I checked it I discovered the issues previously mentioned. We want everyone to know how unreliable of a tech Marcellus Lawrence is , and we are requesting he refund us the money we paid for his contracted services. He lost our computer data , and caused the computer to malfunction by making a decision to reinstall the operating system. Hopefully the amount he refunds us will be enough to remedy the situation he had created.
