I decided to look at a used car at Maple Shade Mazda. I live very far away and was willing to pay cash. My brother has been a certified mechanic for 20 years and insisted he accompany me. He brought a scanner for the particular car model I was interested in. We went on the test drive. The car seemed fine. The sales person was hesitant when I said, "This will be a cash deal for me." While the sales consultant huffed and puffed my brother attempted to hook up the scanner. Oh, wait, they took off with the keys. As that sales person was ratting us out for wanting to check the car out in more detail 4 people glare at us from the window. We don't want to finance and we want to inspect the car! A few minutes later, the manager shows up yelling at me telling me that I am damaging HIS vehicle. He raises his fist to me to leave the property and that he WILL call 911. He did not give me permission to bring my own mechanic. If your cars are in fabulous shape then why do you care? When I mentioned that I would be calling Mazda's corporate office I saw him reach for his cell phone and proceed to call 911.
As we were leaving we were called "Nothing but a bunch of ignorant spics." Well are we ignorant for speaking another language which we did not on your premises. After asking around we found out that, conceited, pompous, arrogant, coccky, and egotistical Adam is the rich owner's son. He is permitted to speak that way because Daddy allows it. This is the most run down car shark filled car dealer I have ever been to. 4 days after I was verbally and physically threatened someone else phoned asking if I was still interested in the car. I found a private seller on Autotrader selling the same vehicle for $2,500 less. My message to Adam is this; Your parents must be incredibly sick individuals to raise someone like you. As a female I have never been threatened by a male in my entire life. I sincerely hope you and your father, the owner, are happy that you engage in this type of behavior. Take a look at your ratings, they aren't too good.
