I went to Dr Anderson for diabetic follow up with my eyes the last time I ordered eye glasses. I was putting drops in my right eye for glaucoma in my right. I called 3 times to get a refill called in, they have answering machines on all of their lines and I never received any calls back. I got sick and tired of leaving messages. I called my Dr and ask for a referral for a different eye Dr and told her why. The new Dr examined me and asked me why I could not see with the new glasses and I said I do not know you tell me. I can not see out of them. He started all over then tested the glasses and said the lenses are not what you need to see. Someone put the wrong lenses in them. So I went back to Dr Anderson and they told me that is not how they work, I said get the same frames I will pay for them and put the right lenses in. I just paid $600.00 out of my pocket to get the right glasses put is. Not to mention all I have paid you to pay for the frames and to put the wrong lenses in. She says we just can not do that. That's not the way we work now we are getting into a time line. I said I tried to call and every time I called I got the answering machine and never got called back even when I needed eye drops ordered that's why I went some where else. You never answer the phone. I can not believe this the new Dr was getting irritated because I could not read the chart with new glasses. I was irritated because I could not see and he was getting mad. Please help.
