I have spoken to various reps who only have just one line for me evrytime, we will notify when any update, nothin more they do to help.
Its been 20 days now and still my docs are not approved nor the withdrawal processed, now how wud u want me as a customer not to lose my patience??
I have been very patient but to no avail.
I ask for a pit boss or supervisor they say nobody is there like that. Its ridiculous coz every casino has one for sure. I played in few other casinos too where in my withdrawals wre processed as they promised within 7 working days and when i had issue, the pit boss has been very kind and immediately sorted the issue and processed my win.
I encouraged my cousin from UAE also to play and when she won sme amount and put for withdrawal on 24th april, till date its been the same story with her too, no processing done.
i really dont know where and how to go to get this done.
The email they say of operations manager jackwells is invalid.
