I purchased an item with my Mango Money card and returned the item. The vendor refunded my money to my Mango qccount almost a month ago and yet they Mango Money will not return it to my account. Multiple customer service reps have agreed that I should have it in my account and have "escalated" my issue on multiple occasions. This has gone on for two weeks and everytime I was told it would be resolved in 24-48 hours. I sent an email to the email address that I was given by a support rep during a call during the day. They would still not "transfer me to a surpervisor." Soon I will need to report this to the authorities as theft. They refuse to refund the money even after admitting that they have received it.
I used the online bank service to transfer $600.00 from my Mango spending account to my linked Mango savings account.
The $600 transfer to savings shows debited from my spending account history however, the funds are not (nor ever have) shown in my savings account and seem to have just vanished.
So I've been having my payroll going to this make money debit card every Friday I've been getting my payroll but this particular Friday I didn't get my payroll because my actual payday is on Monday but they say you can get your money faster so I've been getting my payroll on Friday but they're not releasing it until Monday and then when you ask to speak to a supervisor they claim there's no one available so there's no one available in that whole entire office that I can speak to a supervisor they tell you know there's no one available so they're bunch of crooks and rip off they don't actually hold up their end of the bargain they don't do what they say they're going to do customer service reps are rude and not very professional so my opinion I don't think anybody should get this type of card they should go with somewhere else this card no I see that it has a bunch of bad reviews so yeah they should be shut down or be made to revamp their customer service reps and get them trained better
