I am VERY disappointed with the quality of service I received there. Their shop is filthy and the women that work there are very rude. They spoke rudely about the customers in the shop in french and Mama coughed on me continually as she assisted another woman who was doing my hair.
I paid $230 for faux dreads and It took 12 hours. THE NEXT DAY the dreads began to unravel. I called a few days later after about 22 dreads had unraveled and asked them to fix it which they did. But not before Mama told me on the phone that she didn't believe me and that I must have "taken them out. She told me to come in and so she could "see which ones I had taken out"
When I got there the women began taking some of them and re-doing it but others they just burned so that it would stop unraveling. When I questioned what she was doing she said "it's better like this because real dreads have lumps." The whole time they either ignored me or spoke rudely about me in french.
2 DAYS after they "fixed" my hair they SAME dreads began to unravel. When I called and asked them to fix it again they said that I would have to pay because they already fixed it for me for free once. When I pointed out that they were the same dreads that they had "fixed" before she said that I could have done anything to them and that they couldn't keep doing things for free. That it was my responsibility to take care of my hair.
I told her I was really disappointed with the quality of their service and they hung up on me.
I have not washed or put products in my hair and I tie it up every night. I have no idea how I could have messed them up. Also, I'm not sure if they know how to treat faux dreads because when I asked them how I should care for them they said "I don't know."
