Malwarebytes never detected any malware on my computer; other anti-virus/anti-malware programs successfully detected and deleted malware. For this reason, I chose not to renew my license.

I immediately wrote the company, explained the situation and asked not only to cancel my license and subscription, but to refund my money and to acknowledge my request. I never heard from the company. I filed a compalint with my credit card processing company deciding tolet 2CO.COM fight it out with American Express.
In summary: 2CO.COM * Malwarebytes is a total rip-off. Not only did their software fail, the company renewed a subscription despite my explicit request not to do so ... and, then, the company cahged me $81.59. To add further insult to injury, the company has ignored two requests to cancel the license and refund my money.
Cleverbridge claims to give you at least 30 day notice before auto renewal of malwarebytes premiun. The only notice I rcvd was on the day my credit card was charged. I searched my email and found no pre renewal email. I have request a refund but they state they give no refunds.
