Malik Zaman is a totally unethical business man. One of his former employees reported that gets people to sign a year long real estate contract to sell their home with promises of foreign buyers who will pay full asking price including the 8% commission he charges. He did this to me and it is a complete lie. My house has been listed for sale with him for months and there has not been a single offer on the house. Every other home in the area has sold. My home is clean and well cared for. Realtors and potential buyers compliment the home constantly. I am not sure where he finds the people who come for showings. Most do not appear serious.

Fact: I have asked Malik Zaman to release me from the listing agreement and he says he cannot do that becasue he has spent a lot of money marketing my home and he has the receipts to prove it. I have requested that documentation in writing more than once and the requests have been ignored.

Did he pretend to be an immigation lawyer helping foreigners to buy homes in the US, but ripped them off by lying them about house prices? He had done this scamming business to a lot of innocent people!!! He even texted people, harassing them non-stop to do business with him!!!

There were numerous showings in the last 6 months; professional photographers have taken the pictures, made videos and virtual tours of the property. I have spent more than $10,000.00 in local and international marketing in 35 countries. I have received numerous verbal commitments from local and international buyers close to $250,000.00 discussed with the sellers, that buyers are not motivated to present you a written offer because, they think that the price is too high. Also presented the comps which shows a lower market value as the house is listed for, offered her for an independent appraisal on my expenses which she refused. But the she was very uncooperative in showing the property, actually wants to use her friend realtor to sell the property, and has threatened me with bad reviews on internet and Zillow, but she demanded cancellation unconditionally, recently presented a full price cash offer, which was rejected by her facing a law suit for defamation of character and breach of contract.
