Ordered my son and nephew a backpack on the 27th of August 2015. It has been 21 days, I received an email stating the items have shipped and the tracking number is invalid. I also created an account through USPS to see if any packages were coming. I have no packages scheduled to be delivered. This company took over $100 from me, I want a refund or the products I ordered.
I ordered a wrong size of a tee shirt on a friday. I called and spoke to a lady name erika and she told me that all sales are final .No product or cancellations is allowed. But she agreed to change it into a correct size that that i need. But i when i received the the tee shirt it was not still the size that i need.Customer assistance name erika is a lier and rude..This company iisnot customer oriented..I am so frustrated...

They didn't although I called within a couple of hours of the original order and the item wasn't shipped until 4 days later. No phone calls were returned. They did manage to take both lots of money from my account and we did receive both tee shirts. Considered returning one but don't trust this company at all to refund the money.
This store located in CA has a website and claims to sell kids backpacks and lunchboxes with hard to find videogame heros. However once they charge your card you don't get your merchandise. Please beware!! Customer service is nasty also and not any help.
Ordered a backpack & lunch bag for my son. 2 weeks later still NO word on Shipping or Tracking.
Called their Customer Service line several times only to be greeted by an answering machine every time. E-mailed Customer Support. 5 days later still no reply. my son is bummed out. DO NOT do business with this company. Doing my own research to find out whatever I can thru their social media, I have found many moreomplaints. Everything from people either not getting their orders, or being shipped damaged/wrong items.
They've been accused of deleting Customer complaints, even going so far as to start new Social Media pages. Do yourself a favor, don't even deal with them.
Ordered items to be shipped to Australia. It took over a month to arriving and then the hat I had ordered wasn't included! I emailed customer service and was told I would get a refund for the hat as they no long stock them. This was supposed to take 3-5 business days and low and behold it's been almost 3 weeks and still no refund. Mous emails have been sent to Maker Shop since the refund promise and I've had no reply other than a generic blah blah we're busy we will get back to you in 3 days. This company should be shut down by the looks of all the complaints! So disappointed
We buy this in august and they charge me of course but this didn't arrive, what a bad bad store they don't care about you they just want our money and nothing happened, this is my 1 time and last i will not used this website again, red flag don't use this maker shop

I read the reviews AND I BELIEVE THEM TO BE A SCAM! Don't order from these people I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and talk to a lawyer these people deserve to go to jail! These people need to get their come up pance! They are taking from children how awful is your life you have to scam little kids!

My daughter is so bummed out, too, that she did not have her backpack for the first day of school! She was fortunate to have a backup one until the new one arrives if it every arrives?!? She, too, has been a real trooper through this ordering process, and yes, a little anxious for her unique backpack to arrive. The company's tracking software is poor software. And there is no customer support. We are going to call our bank and tell them we have been scammed. We are going to text the youtubers that advertised a bad company for selling products to young innocent kids becoming victims of a greedy rotten company...
Ordered sweat shirt and bauble and calender on 8th November .still nothing came the tracker said order tried to deliver twice but l never go out tried the phone number supplied but it was a private number payed PayPal so going to see what they can do
