But, you must settle for less pay and no benefits (so you are easily expendable). A week before my hire, a man fell off a commercial building and died. I don't believe they attended his funeral or paid out life insurance to his family. It is really sad but thats how ruthless and careless this company may be. However, his loyalty and longevity to the company, continues to rip off the insurance companies and take more out of your commission.
