With his guidance, support, knowledge and professionalism, we are currently watching antennas being hung on our building and collecting more in rent than our mortgage per month. Alex F. Blasscyk With mainstream Telecom was hired as a consultant/broker to negotiate contracts with cell providers and tower companies to place on my vacant properties. In June 2018 Alex required me to pay him $13,000 commision up front to finalize the sale of 2 properties with cell contracts.
In addition he required me to deed a property to him to complete a seperate sale with his clients. Since then, Alex Blasscyk has threatened me through text and emails and has run off with the money/deed.
I am at a complete loss as I have trusted the reviews the company had and his word. DO NOT do business with this man or his company. I have retained an attourney to hopefuly recover my assets and funds.
I also consulted with Mr. Blasscyk to put a cell tower on multiple properties I own. He is a fast talker and makes you think he will deliver. After paying the consultant fee year after year there is still no contract to build a tower on my properties after he told me my locations were ideal. He told me he had companies lined up like ATT and Verizon and tower builders who wanted my properties. None of those ever came through. He did provide me with a “Lease Agreement” from a company called Organic Telecom which I also believe is a fake company he used to scam people. If you search public records you can easily find that he has multiple LLC’s and tower companies with himself and his wife Jennifer listed as the President and Manager. He used his wife’s maiden name Jennifer Kelley on some of his contracts. Public records will show he has multiple evictions in Florida and California and one within the last year. Along with some small claims and other actions against him. My Lease Agreement stated that I would get paid on a certain date even if the tower was not built by that date and guess what, no check ever came and I never got a letter that my lease agreement was cancelled. Mr. Blasscyk did not fight for me and my lease because it was fraudulent from the beginning. He simply informed me that it was canceled one day when I asked over the phone. Never heard a word about it again although when I contacted a cell tower attorney they informed me the cancellation should be in writing and I could file a claim for the money owed. It wasn’t worth my time and I have since stopped dealing with Alex. He continues to market and contact people and make promises to people without any actual delivery of those promises. He continues to collect his “fee” with no results. If you have property to lease you can market it yourself to tower companies and cell providers. This has been about 3 years of working with him and zero results but lots of promises. Don’t waste your time or money.

Since then, we renegotiated our Lease agreement and because Alex is so thorough, we understand that it will take an indefinite amount of time due to COVID-19. Just like the rest of the country is slowed down, so is his industry.
He lies to property owners, demands that they pay him to market their property, and then never delivers in his promises. Main Street Telecom and Alex should be shut down and put in jail immediately.

Alex is the best scam artist that I've met. He knows a lot about cell towers and is able to talk enough to get people to give him money to "Market" there land or rooftop. That is where it stops he doesn't actually do anything for you he only collects your money and then brings in other companies thinking he has leads but he actually doesn't have any leads just a huge ponzi scheme from people trying to start a company to land/building owners trying to get cell towers installed. I know personaly of him taking well over 1 million dollars in total from many hundreds of people so I'm sure it's much worse than that!
If you question him at all he is an extreme bully and will not be affraid to bully anyone. He makes you think he is worth millions when in fact he doesn't have a penny in his name. He blows all of his stollen money at the Ritz Carlton and gambling in sports. This guy doesn't even own his own house he rents it. So when he tries to tell your lawyer he's going to spend more massive amounts of money to take you and your lawyer down don't believe him he has absolutely no means to do it with. He also has many alter egos/businesses like Organic Telecom organictelecom.com and 5gcellsites.com and celltowerhelp.com and Main Street Telecom II, he also used to run Main Street Telecom.
