They also advertise a 5yr renewal with free power bank for $99.75. That's not true. They charge shipping plus and administration fee of about $14. It does mention the shipping for the free power bank but nothing about a $9 admin fee.
Besides service that breaks up and has static on most calls hidden charges seem to be a norm. There are charges for each and every option. That low price they have based their business on can quickly become a money pit.
